On behalf of Beth Haven Baptist Church, I would like to invite you to our 9^th Bi-annual Ladies Retreat, April 12-13, 2024.  Our theme this year is “A well-watered garden”, and our guest speakers this year will be Travis and Stacey Burke of Cozaddale Baptist Temple, Goshen, OH. We are so excited to hear what the Lord has for us year and can’t wait to share it with you all! Our desire is that you will have a place to come and laugh, fellowship, and strengthen one another as we are strengthened through the Lord.

This year we will be adding a light dinner before the evening service on Friday night. If you plan to eat with us Friday night, please send me a quick note letting me know how many so we can make sure to have plenty for everyone. While we know that we can’t cover every food allergy out there, we do strive to make sure that we have something for everyone to eat. We will have a gluten free option for those who require it. If you have any questions regarding the meals, please feel free to email or call the office.

Every year we ask churches who attend to bring at least one gift basket to be given away during the retreat. If your church is unable to do this, please don’t let this request keep you from coming. We are just excited to get to spend some time with Lord with you, which is the most important part of the retreat.

As we continue to prepare for the upcoming retreat, we do ask that you do your very best to register early as this will save you money! Early registration closes on March 29^th to allow us to purchase the needed food items for the retreat. You can register your ladies by sending in a copy of the registration list of names at secretary@okcbaptistchurch.com or by calling the office and stating your church name and how many are coming.
